‘Elevation Programme’ Landing Pages

 

Goals:

Frasers Group needed to hire more graduates across a variety of business areas, including Commercial, Finance, Digital Marketing, Trading and Analytics. They needed landing pages for each role, speaking directly to this younger age group, encouraging applications and highlighting the unique benefits of a grad career at Frasers Group. 


Results:

Each role was broken down into easily-digestible and understandable elements, allowing students to quickly make a decision as to whether the role was right for them. Given the tight turnaround of just 5 working days, I also suggested templating the pages to simplify the processes of both copywriting and design. This was supported by incredible work from the Social Marketing team, who created a killer campaign driving more traffic to the pages.  Ultimately, the client was very happy—and impressed with the rapid turnaround—and the Group hit their application targets within 8 weeks of launch.
